Add pages below your header
Goto Design
>>Page elements
>>Add a widget
>>And click on the + sign to add Pages
Once added place the widget just below the header area:
Adding more pages ??
Goto
>>New Posts
>>Edit pages
>>New page
>>Give a page name
>>Add content
>>Publish Page
>>Done
